Piece, Love & Chocolate’s mission is to enchant and entertain you, our cherished guests, by creating and sourcing world-class chocolate products that enable you to explore and enjoy chocolate. By providing professional knowledge, excellent service, and an eclectic array of exceptional-quality chocolate gifts and novelties — which will be as much of a joy to give as they are to receive — our company will be your most informative source on chocolate and cocoa-related products.
We are located at the West End of historical downtown Boulder, Colorado’s most famous thoroughfare, 805 Pearl Street, one block west of 9th Street. Pause for a moment when you pass through our door and take in the sights, sounds and smells of our sumptuous chocolate boutique. Beyond decadent display cases that are filled with stunning chocolates, confections and pastries already prepared for you, a portion of our kitchen is fully exposed so that you can watch us create extravagant cakes, tortes, truffles and confections. Let us assist you in finding that perfect choco-centric gift of books, clothing, clothing, cocoa-butter-based beauty products, and other gorgeous chocolate novelties to express your love and thrill your loved ones. We also carry the finest quality bonbons and high-end chocolate products from other professional chocolatiers and chocolate artisans worldwide — many within Colorado Piece, Love & Chocolate is Boulder’s specialty chocolate headquarters; we will spoil your palates for anything but the very best chocolate available, we promise! We bring those that create in chocolate and those who adore it a little closer together. That’s the “Love” in our company’s name.
The People Piece, Love & Chocolate
Sarah Amorese owns and operates this small, local chocolate boutique. Chef Sarah is a professional chocolatier and pastry chef. She creates all of our house-made recipes based on experience, trends, art, and the science of chocolate. In addition, she constantly seeks out and researches other chocolate artisans, the crème de la crème of chocolatiers, and she is very proud to offer Boulder an extensive and eclectic array of fine chocolates and confections from around the world – every week she brings in something new and different. Share with her your most memorable chocolate moments over a steamy cup of hot PLC cocoa…she will listen!
Genevieve Fetherston (PLC’s Cocoa Coordinator) manages our kitchen and schedules the production of our house-made chocolate goodies and yum-yums. With many years of up-scale boutique pastry shop experience, Chef Genny knows just what to prepare to tempt your chocolate lovin’ palate.
