 sly delicious and smooth buttery caramels takes technique\, know-how\, par
 t trouble shooting\, proper tools\, and perseverance. We begin this very h
 ands-on class by teaching you how to make our famous housemade salted cara
 mel sauce that you can use for endless dessert possibilities - drizzled ov
 er ice creams\, apple pie\, ... Next\, we take caramel to a more controlle
 d level to teach you how to make butter caramels (with and with out sea sa
 lt) and our famous Caramel Pecan Turtles. And for our grand finale\, you w
 ill master one of the ultimate cooked sugar confections\, Almond Toffee.\n
