We discuss and demo ways to trouble shoot issues of baking\, but the primary focus of this class is finish work. Included in the class handout are many of our favorite cake\, filling and frosting recipes.\n\nEach participant will start with their choice of white or dark chocolate cake layers and a variety of fillings and together we will build the foundation skills of to rting\, damming\, crumb coating (have I lost you\, yet?!?) - you get the i dea! We start with the basic construction\, and from there we move into ex quisite finishes that will make you look and feel like a rock star when yo u take your 8" masterpiece home. This is a great class for those that alre ady know how to bake\, but would enjoy learning more about decorating. Man y of the skills you will learn in this class can be applied to many other baked goods and pastries.
