 Claire (get it? Genn-y-claire?) and Chef Sarah help you to create your own
  rich\, indulgent and perfectly puffy eclairs\, decadent profiteroles\, cr
 eam puffs &amp\; napoleons! Techniques include making and baking pate a ch
 oux dough\, mixing luscious and easy custard fillings and creating delicio
 us glazes. We will demo the technique of making puff pastry and teach you 
 the skills to create your own at home.\n\nAs with many of our baking class
 es\, we focus on methodology using only a handful of basic\, high qualit
 y ingredients. Learn solid techniques that will ensure your dessert succes
 s time and time again.\n\n*As an added bonus and thank-you\, we would like
  to extend a 15% discount off all in-store purchases the day of the class.
