  Genny Claire (get it? Genn-y-claire?) and Chef Sarah help you to create y
 our own rich\, indulgent and perfectly puffy eclairs\, decadent profiterol
 es\, cream puffs &amp\; napoleons! Techniques include making and baking pa
 te a choux dough\, mixing luscious and easy custard fillings and creating 
 delicious glazes. We will demo the technique of making puff pastry and tea
 ch you the skills to create your own at home.\n\nAs with many of our bakin
 g classes\, we focus on methodology using only a handful of basic\, high
  quality ingredients. Learn solid techniques that will ensure your dessert
  success time and time again.\n\n*As an added bonus and thank-you\, we wou
 ld like to extend a 15% discount off all in-store purchases the day of the
