  the knees\, a luxurious\, silky and versatile chocolate sauce that you
  can use for mochas to ice-creams (and anything else you can think of)\, 
  and a chocolate fondue for that perfect party or date night!\n\nAll of t
 hese recipes are gluten-free!\n\nAs with many of our baking classes\, we f
 ocus on methodology using only a handful of basic\, high quality ingredi
 ents. Learn simple techniques that will ensure your dessert success time a
 nd time again.\n\nMETHODOLOGY: emulsions\, stirred custards (anglaise)\, m
