 the knees\; a luxurious\, silky and versatile chocolate sauce that you c
 an use for mochas to ice-creams (and anything else you can think of)\,  a
 nd a chocolate fondue for that perfect party or date night!\n\nAll of thes
 e recipes are gluten-free!\n\nAs with many of our baking classes\, we focu
 s on methodology using only a handful of basic\, high quality ingredient
 s. Learn simple techniques that will ensure your dessert success time and 
 time again.\n\nEat lunch before you come to class\, but save room for dess
 ert!\n\nOh! And\, because this is a Sunday class - all downtown parking is
