  create your own perfect chocolate dessert staples: chocolate mousse that
 ’ll make you and your guests weak in the knees\, a luxurious and versa
 tile chocolate sauce that you can use for mochas to ice-creams (and anyth
 ing else you can think of)\,  and a chocolate fondue for that perfect par
 ty or date night!\n\nAll of these recipes are gluten-free!\n\nAs with many
  of our baking classes\, we focus on methodology using only a handful of
  basic\, high quality ingredients. Learn simple techniques that will ensur
 e your dessert success time and time again.\n\nMETHODOLOGY: emulsions\, st
 irred custards (anglaise)\, mousse\n\nAs an added bonus and thank-you\, we
  would like to extend a 15% discount off all in-store purchases the day of

 notice before class start time is requested for cancellation and a full re
