 r selling cakes. Although the list of ingredients are not at all long\, th
 is particular cake is all about technique. It shares similar methods to th
 e chocolate souffle- you will make both! Also\, will you learn basic plati
 ng and saucing skills to indulge and enjoy during this class\, but you wil
 l also bake and take home a 6" Flourless Chocolate Cake of your very own.

 s\, we focus on methodology using only a handful of basic\, high quality
  ingredients. Learn simple techniques that will ensure your dessert succes
 s time and time again.\n\n*These are all gluten-free recipes!\n\nMETHODOLO

 t the minimum registration requirement\, you will be contacted no less tha
 n 24 hours before the scheduled class start and a full refund for store cr
 edit or a future class of choice based on availability will be issued back
  to you. For participants - a minimum of 48 hrs notice before class start 
 time is requested for cancellation and a full refund for store credit or a
  future class of choice based on availability will be issued back to you. 
 Any cancellation made with less than a 48 hr notice before class start tim
