 particular cake is all about technique. It shares similar methods to the c
 hocolate souffle- you will make both! Also\, will you learn basic plating 
 and saucing skills to indulge and enjoy during this class\, but you will a
 lso bake and take home a 6" Flourless Chocolate Cake of your very own. Who
  says you have to share? What fun!\n\nAs with many of our baking classes\,
  we focus on methodology using only a handful of basic\, high quality in
 gredients. Learn simple techniques that will ensure your dessert success t
