 ning with chef's Beverlieque* and Genevieve as they teach you how to make 
 this ethereally light and crispy\, yet chewy cookie. (*Bev)\n\nImprove you
 r piping skills as each student will make their own macarons and a recipe 
 of filling. Then the whole class gets tres crazy\, as we mix and match mac
 arons\, garnishes and fillings. The possibilities are endless!\n\nAs with 
 many of our baking/chocolate classes\, we focus on methodology using only
  a handful of basic\, high quality ingredients. Learn techniques that wil
 l ensure your dessert success time and time again.\n\n*As an added bonus a
