DESCRIPTION:\n\nIn this new Halloween themed class\, you will learn classic
 \, simple and not-so-simple techniques on how to finish\, garnish\, decora
 te and serve the perfect spooky cake. We”ll discuss and demo ways to tro
 ubleshoot issues of baking\, but the primary focus of this class is finish
 ing and decorating skills.\n\n \n\nEach participant will start with dark 
 chocolate cake layers\, a choice of white and dark chocolate buttercream\,
  and a variety of fillings. Together we will build the foundational skills
  of torting\, damming\, crumb coating\, and more! We start with the basic 
 construction\, and from there we move into exquisite finishes that will ma
 ke you look and feel like a pro when you take your 8" masterpiece home\, s
 uch as making your own white chocolate ghost garnishes.This is a great cla
 ss for those that already know how to bake\, but would enjoy learning more
  about decorating. Many of the skills you will learn in this class can be 
 applied to many other baked goods and pastries. Cake... is only the beginn
