 ur cherished Chef Genny are well aware of the fact that pies (of all kinds
 ) are very near and dear to her fruit lovin' (and chocolate dipped) heart.
  She has created this class to honor the lighter and brighter dessert crav
 ings of summer.\n\nIn this class\, Genny shares three generations of her f
 amily's baking secrets with heart warming stories to charm you. In additio
 n\, you will learn the basics of creating the perfect tender and flakey pi
 e crust\, how to balance the delicate flavor notes for a winning filling\,
  and over-all pie terminology including single and double crust\, gallette
 \, tart\, all-things chiffon\, custard\, meringue\, cream\, fruit &amp\; n
 ut... etc.\, etc!\n\nNot only will you leave with your masterpiece pie\, b
 ut you will be consumed with the urge to encapsulate many of your future m
 eals in a crust of some sort - no kidding!\n\nCome and join us for some su
