 ering dessert sauces to pair with your Molten Chocolate Lava Cake. In this
  particular "scary" edition to this ever popular class\, we show you a way
  to have your Molten Chocolate Lava Cake ooooze "blood"- eeeek!\n\nIn addi
 tion\, Chef Nathan will teach you sensational plating and presentation tec
 hniques with a Halloween theme in mind. You will be a plated dessert rock-
 star zombie after taking this class!\n\nEat breakfast before you come to c
 lass\, but PLEASE save room for dessert! (this is where we insert scary\,
