  how to use tempered chocolate and make classic ganaches with simple garni
 shes that are sure to thrill you... and those you might choose to share th
 em with.\n\nThree methodologies: classic ganache (regular &amp\; vegan)\, 
 fruit puree ganache\, and liqueur infusions. From these 3 techniques\, the
  class will create over 10 different flavors and take home\, not only more
  than 3 dozen truffles each\, but also the skills and know-how to recreate
  them!\n\nAs with many of our baking/chocolate classes\, we focus on meth
 odology using only a handful of basic\, high quality ingredients. Learn s
 imple techniques that will ensure your dessert success time and time again
 .\n\n*As an added bonus and thank-you\, we would like to extend a 15% disc
 ount off all in-store purchases (including all tools and ingredients) the

 minimum of 48 hrs is requested for cancellation and a full refund for stor
 e credit or a future class of choice based on availability will be issued 
 back to you. Any cancellation made with less than a 48 hr notice before cl
