 \n\nWorking with chocolate is part science and part art. In this very hand
 s-on 4 hour chocolate class\, Chefs Sarah and Mallory will teach you how
  to temper dark chocolate in 3 different methods\; tabling\, seeding\, an
 d the quick and easy "Chef Mic" technique. You will extensively work with 
 tempered chocolate and learn to create beautiful chocolate decorations fo
 r all of your desserts! Examples of decorating techniques we will cover ar
 e cornet piping\, chocolate fans\, curls\, swirls\, cigarettes\, and flowe
 rs. Yes! You will play with your food!\n\nAs with many of our cooking clas
 ses\, we focus on methodology using only a handful of basic\, high quali
 ty ingredients. The techniques that will learn in this class will not only
  enable you to create amazing garnishes\, but also\, being able to temper 
 chocolate will allow you to stretch your baking\, pastry and decorating sk
 ills even farther.\n\nOh! And because this is a Sunday class - all downtow
 n parking is free!\n\n*As an added bonus and thank-you\, we would like to
