 \nWorking with chocolate is part science and part art...\nIn this very han
 ds-on 4 hour chocolate class\, Chefs Sarah and Mallory will teach you ho
 w to temper dark chocolate in 3 different methods\; tabling\, seeding\, a
 nd the quick and easy "Chef Mike" technique. You will extensively work wit
 h tempered chocolate and learn to create beautiful chocolate decorations 
 for all of your desserts! Examples of decorating techniques we will cover 
 are cornet piping\, chocolate fans\, curls\, swirls\, cigarettes\, and flo
 wers.\nYou will create a fantastical Easter egg chocolate sculpture from y
 our newly acquired skills to take home!\nAs with many of our cooking class
 es\, we focus on methodology using only a handful of basic\, high qualit
 y ingredients. The techniques that will learn in this class will not only 
 enable you to create amazing garnishes\, but also\, being able to temper c
 hocolate will allow you to stretch your baking\, pastry and decorating ski
 lls even farther.\nYes! You will play with your food!\nOh! And because thi
