Toasted coconut and whipped with coconut cream, enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with even more toasted coconut.

Our dark chocolate ganache infused with generous amounts of fresh, piquant ginger,enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with a hand-piped “G” brushed in gold  

Heavenly Hazelnut

Our dark-milk (42%) chocolate ganache folded into a roasted hazelnut gianduja topped with a single candied whole hazelnut, enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with Maldon sea salt  

Maya Spice

Our dark chocolate ganache infused with house roasted cascabel, ancho and habanero chilis, Mexican cinnamon and a touch of vanilla, enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with toasted chili pepper

Our delicate white chocolate and cocoa butter ganache scented with rose over a dark chocolate ganache blended with a cabernet red wine reduction enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with crystallized rose petals
