Our Flourless Chocolate Cake is one of our most popular cakes. Although there are only 5 ingredients in this recipe, this cake is all about technique. As with all of our baking classes, we focus on methodology. In this class we will make one 6″ flourless cake, two soufflés, and two fruit sauces. We will talk about basic garnishing and plating techniques.
