Our signature handcrafted truffles are paired with artesian guest creations from chocolatiers around the world. Come to our Boulder chocolate shop to design your own box, or shop online for our curated collections of boxed truffles. We try to keep this list up-to-date, but feel free to call us with questions! Our darker-milk (54%) chocolate ganache folded into a roasted almond gianduja topped with a single candied almond, and enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with sea salt.

Our dark-milk ganache blended with Avery Brewing Company’s Out of Bounds Stout enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with Avery’s logo “A”

Balsamic Strawberry

Our bittersweet dark chocolate ganache blended with a sweet tart aged balsamic vinegar reduction over a layer of strawberry fruit

Basil Hand Cut Ganache

Our signature recipe of dark chocolate ganache infused with fresh organic basil, enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with a hand-piped “B”

Blood Orange Truffle

Fresh blood orange puree blended with our dark chocolate ganache

Boulder Beer Shake Porter Truffle

Inspired by a milkshake served at Boulder Beer – Shake Chocolate Porter poured over vanilla ice cream – yum! Creamy liquid ganache made with fresh cream, white chocolate and vanilla bean paste infused with Shake Chocolate Porter, dipped in dark chocolate and garnished with Colorado’s first craft brewery’s logo, Boulder Beer.

Boulder Creek Zinfandel Port and Fig

A layer of sweet calimyrna fig pate de fruit is layered with a dark bittersweet ganache infused with Boulder Creek‘s award winning Zinfandel Port and garnished with an intricate floral pattern and brushed in gold

Brown Butter Bourbon

Made by Christopher Elbow Chocolates, Kansas City, MO – Aged bourbon blended with a brown butter caramel in a colorful hand-painted chocolate shell

Bubbly Champagne

Our 54% dark chocolate ganache blended with fine Claude Chantelier Champagne Cognac over a thin layer of milk chocolate encapsulated CO2 (pop-rocks), enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with silver swirls

Butter Caramel

Meticulously caramelized cane sugar is quenched with fresh cream and butter to create  our signature soft and chewy caramel enrobed in dark chocolate – and garnished with or without Portuguese sea salt

Cappuccino

A dark chocolate cup filled with creamy, dreamy espresso ganache topped with vanilla bean ganache and garnished with white chocolate “foam.”

Caramel Pecan Turtle

The childhood favorite Turtle is now in truffle form! A beautiful vibrant green molded chocolate turtle is filled with liquid caramel and candied pecans. The nostalgia is free.  

Checkerboard Nut Praline

Made by Laderach – Swiss milk chocolate shell filled with almond and hazelnut gianduja and decorated with a sophisticated white Swiss chocolate checkerboard lid – imported from Switzerland

Cherry Cordial

We macerate tart pie cherries in Leopold Brother’s Tart Cherry Liqueur for no less than a month, wrap them in a smooth buttery fondant, and dip them in dark bittersweet chocolate, garnished in a skirt of chocolate caviar – boozy and delicious! So NOT your grandpa’s chocolate covered cherries!

Cherry Pie ala Mode

Buttery, flakey pie crust folded into our signature vanilla bean white chocolate and cocoa butter ganache and topped with a tart cherry fruit layer with hints of cinnamon, enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with a cherry blossom and cherries motif

Classic 85% Coeur d’Or

Our darkest “heart of gold” made with 85% bittersweet Valrhona Albinao chocolate and garnished with your choice of gold or pink Himalayan sea salt.

Dairy Free Maple Walnut

Our house dark chocolate ganache infused with dairy free walnut butter encased in a beautiful walnut shaped chocolate all on top of a thin layer of maple jelly.

A dark chocolate shell is filled with a liquid butter caramel infused with copious amounts of Mile-High Spirits Fireside Whiskey – bodaciously boozy and throat warming, garnished with the Fireside Whiskey logo

Creamy smooth peanut butter blended with either milk or dark chocolate ganache,  hand rolled and garnished with a pinstripe contrasting pattern.

Pineapple Habanero

Our dark chocolate ganache infused with roasted habanero chilis over a sweet pineapple fruit layer, enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with toasted chili pepper and candied pineapple

Pumpkin Caramel (Seasonal)

Pumpkin spice has never tasted so good! This exuberant bright truffle is two layered with a top of dark chocolate pumpkin spice ganache. This is met with a bottom layer of autumn sweetness in liquid pumpkin caramel form.

Made by Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolates, Las Vegas NV – Buttery ceylon cinnamon caramel with a layer of silky smooth milk chocolate and cinnamon ganache wrapped in a silky 38% milk chocolate shell

Stranahan’s Whiskey

Fresh cream and equal parts milk and dark chocolate make up this creamy smooth ganache infused with Stranahan’s most famous Colorado small batch whiskey.  Enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with the yellow Stranahan’s logo “S”

Strawberry Love Bug (seasonal)

Made by Moonstruck Chocolatier – Dark-chocolate ganache flavored with natural strawberry in the shape of an adorable love bug, enrobed in pink-tinted ivory chocolate, hand-dipped and hand-decorated with chocolate hearts

Suerte Margarita

A white chocolate and cocoa butter cut ganache with lime juice and lime zest, a touch of Triple Sec and infused with mucho Suerte Blanco Tequila, garnished with the bright green Suerte Tequila conejo (rabbit) logo and a touch of Portuguese sea salt – delicioso!

Sweet Tomato and Basil (Seasonal)

Our signature recipe of our Basil ganache topped with a Italian pomodoro tomato pate de fruit, enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with a tiny tomato chip 

Toasted Coconut

Toasted coconut and whipped with coconut cream, enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with even more toasted coconut.

Truffalo

Vanilla Bean

Our signature soft whited chocolate and cocoa butter ganache blended with scraped vanilla bean paste from Madagascar, enrobed in dark chocolate.

West Flanders Black Immaculate IPA Caramel

A chewy butter caramel made with an intense reduction of the abundantly hop-py IPA, Black Immaculate. Strong bitter flavor notes make an excellent compliment to the sweet and bitter notes of  burnt caramel and the creaminess of whole butter, garnished with the lion’s head logo of West Flanders Brewing Company.

White Chocolate Truffle

Our creamy, sweet and silky filling made with Guittard Creme Francaise white chocolate with a kiss of Kirschwasser and hand-rolled to perfection

White Salted Liquid Caramel

Our white chocolate liquid caramel hand rolled in white chocolate and garnished with Hawaiian Black Lava sea salt

Wine and Roses

Our delicate white chocolate and cocoa butter ganache scented with rose over a dark chocolate ganache blended with a cabernet red wine reduction enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with crystallized rose petals
