In this class, you will create not only the traditional dark chocolate version of this classic, but we will also share with you how to make our very own Chef Bev’s White Chocolate Molten Lemon Lava Cake!
Chefs Genny, Sarah teach you to create this rich and impressive dessert and two flattering dessert sauces to pair with your Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes. In addition, we will teach you sensational plating and presentation techniques.
