What a romantic treat to be able to create your own perfect chocolate dessert staples: a luxurious and versatile chocolate sauce, chocolate mousse that’ll make you weak in the knees, and a chocolate fondue for that perfect date night!

As with many of our baking classes, we focus on methodology using only a handful of basic, high quality ingredients. Learn simple techniques that will ensure your dessert success time and time again.
