Come don your aprons and let our endearing Chef Genny Claire (get it? Genn-y-claire?) help you to create your own rich, indulgent and perfectly puffy eclairs, decadent profiteroles and cream puffs! Techniques include making and baking pate a choux dough, mixing luscious and easy custard fillings and creating delicious glazes.
As with many of our baking classes, we focus on methodology using only a handful of basic, high quality ingredients. Learn simple techniques that will ensure your dessert success time and time again.
