Flourless Chocolate Cake is one of our more popular selling cakes. Although the list of ingredients are not at all long, this particular cake is all about technique. It shares similar methods to the chocolate souffle- you will make both! Also, will you learn basic plating and saucing skills to indulge and enjoy during this class, but you will also bake and take home a 6″ Flourless Chocolate Cake of your very own. Who says you have to share? What fun!
