Sign up for this class and enjoy a fun-filled Saturday morning with our PL&C chefs as we teach you how to make this ethereally light and crispy, yet chewy cookie.
In one of our most popular classes, we will teach you a tried-and-true method for making this crispy, yet perfectly chewy, French meringue classic. Each participant will get their own flavor combination to make and all go home with a beautiful, colorful selection of the best macarons you’ll ever eat. And you made them YOURSELF!
As with many of our baking/chocolate classes, we focus on methodology using only a handful of basic, high quality ingredients. Learn techniques that will ensure your dessert success time and time again.
