In this class we will demystify the ever elusive French macaron. While it continues to challenge home bakers, we will teach you a tried-and-true method for making this crispy, yet perfectly chewy, French meringue classic. Each participant will get their own flavor combination to make and at the end of the class you will go home with a beautiful, colorful selection of the best macarons you’ve ever eaten. As with all of our classes, we focus on methodology that will ensure your home-baking success time and time again.
