Somewhere between a heavenly flourless chocolate cake and a rich baked chocolate custard lies the secrets of this modern chocolate dessert show-stopper! Chefs Genny, Sarah & Dana teach you to create this rich and impressive dessert and three flattering dessert sauces to pair with your Molten Chocolate Lava Cake.

In addition, Chef Dana will teach you sensational plating and presentation techniques. You will be a plated dessert rock-star after taking this class!

Eat dinner before you come to class, but PLEASE save room for dessert!

METHODOLOGY: egg leavening, pate a bombe, coulis, emulsion, sabayon

Due to the planning and set-up of this class, early registration is crucial. Late sign-up will not be allowed and registration will end for this class on Sunday, July 7th, and a minimum of 5 participants is needed to conduct this class – please sign-up early.
