Smooth, decadent, and delicious! In our chocolate truffle making class you will learn the fundamentals of how to make chocolate ganache. From four techniques (chocolate ganache, vegan ganache, fruit purée ganache, and liqueur infusions), you will have access to endless flavor possibilities. Each class participant will make one ganache flavor, truffle swap with other class participants, and go home with a variety of different truffles, more than 30 truffles in total!
