Prepare Yourself for a Chocolate Tasting Treat Virtually!
In this class you will learn some of the origins of chocolate and see how the amazing theobroma cacao plant grows and the steps required to make it into the delight we all know and love. Then we will embark on tasting our chocolate pieces starting from the lighter ones and progressing to the darkest available. We will discuss each chocolate’s characteristics to give you a better appreciation of the nuances of fine chocolate.
Your chocolate tasting kit includes 18 chocolates to taste, the contents being for one person.
You can pick up your tasting kits at the Piece, Love & Chocolate shop, or we can ship the kits to you, your mom, your grandparents, your siblings, and anyone else that wants to join in! We have shipped all the kits – no more will be sent out. But you can still come by PL&C to pick up your kit before the event!
