For all you serious (and seriously curious) confectioners.
Creating fabulously delicious and smooth buttery caramels takes technique, know-how, part trouble shooting, proper tools, and perseverance. We begin this very hands-on class by teaching you how to make our famous housemade salted caramel sauce that you can use for endless dessert possibilities – drizzled over ice creams, apple pie, … Next, we take caramel to a more controlled level to teach you how to make butter caramels (with and with out sea salt) and our famous Caramel Pecan Turtles. And for our grand finale, you will master one of the ultimate cooked sugar confections, Almond Toffee.

Due to the planning and set-up of this class, early registration is crucial. Late sign-up will not be allowed and registration will end for this class on Wednesday, March 29th, and a minimum of 5 participants is needed to conduct this class – please sign-up early.

In the event this class is canceled because we do not meet the minimum registration requirement, you will be contacted no less than 24 hours before the scheduled class start and a full refund for store credit or a future class of choice based on availability will be issued back to you.
