Mushroom Caramel

A butter caramel stem enrobed in white chocolate and then dipped in dark chocolate, topped with a wafer cap enrobed in dark chocolate. Made by Cluizel.

Truffalo

A mix of dark and milk ganache made in a bigger truffle mold for a unique chocolate flavor. Topped with decorative butterscotch horns and chocolate sprinkles.

Dairy Free Coconut Caramel

Our signature chewy caramel blended with the exotic taste of shaved coconut. Enclosed in rich dark chocolate. Both dairy and gluten free.

Pumpkin Caramel (Seasonal)

Pumpkin spice has never tasted so good! This exuberant bright truffle is two layered with a top of dark chocolate pumpkin spice ganache. This is met with a bottom layer of autumn sweetness in liquid pumpkin caramel form.

Caramel Pecan Turtle

The childhood favorite Turtle is now in truffle form! A beautiful vibrant green molded chocolate turtle is filled with liquid caramel and candied pecans. The nostalgia is free.  

Fireside Whiskey Caramel

A dark chocolate shell is filled with a liquid butter caramel infused with copious amounts of Mile-High Spirits Fireside Whiskey – bodaciously boozy and throat warming, garnished with the Fireside Whiskey logo

Cherry Cordial (Seasonal)

We macerate tart pie cherries in Leopold Brother’s Tart Cherry Liqueur for no less than a month, wrap them in a smooth buttery fondant, and dip them in dark bittersweet chocolate, garnished in a skirt of chocolate caviar – boozy and delicious! So NOT your grandpa’s chocolate covered cherries!

Toasted Coconut

Toasted coconut and whipped with coconut cream, enrobed in dark chocolate and garnished with even more toasted coconut.
