“The Chocolatier” is the 3rd episode of The Colorado Profiles Project. “The Chocolatier” follows Sarah Amorese, the owner of Piece, Love and Chocolate, a beloved chocolate shop on Pearl Street.
The Colorado Profiles Project is a documentary series featuring unique business professionals throughout Colorado – including Fort Collins, Boulder, Denver and surrounding areas. We see, hear and feel the art of the Piece Love & Chocolate craft and how Sarah works with her expert team.
The goal of the project is to spotlight Colorado-based professionals who work hard and have an interesting story to tell. From a truck driver to a chocolatier to a C.E.O., the series aims to artistically present “the craft” of what these folks do in a way that can be creatively absorbed like a painting than a typical news profile.
