We have focused in on two of his Indonesian offerings first, because they are unique, of exceptional quality, and we wanted to expand our global chocolate offerings.
We have mouthwatering dark bars (75%) from criollo hybrid beans – “Djakarta 75%” and “Indonesie 75%” are both long on the palate with beautiful, fresh, slightly acidic and woody tasting notes that tease at wild mushrooms. These are nice compliments to the many Madagascar (red fruits) cru offerings we have from other bean-to-bar chocolatiers. Come in and let us take your chocolate loving palate around the world!
