Cherry Cordial

We macerate tart pie cherries in Leopold Brother’s Tart Cherry Liqueur for no less than a month, wrap them in a smooth buttery fondant, and dip them in dark bittersweet chocolate, garnished in a skirt of chocolate caviar – boozy and delicious! So NOT your grandpa’s chocolate covered cherries!

Boulder Beer Shake Porter Truffle

Inspired by a milkshake served at Boulder Beer – Shake Chocolate Porter poured over vanilla ice cream – yum! Creamy liquid ganache made with fresh cream, white chocolate and vanilla bean paste infused with Shake Chocolate Porter, dipped in dark chocolate and garnished with Colorado’s first craft brewery’s logo, Boulder Beer.
