Pumpkin Caramel (Seasonal)

Pumpkin spice has never tasted so good! This exuberant bright truffle is two layered with a top of dark chocolate pumpkin spice ganache. This is met with a bottom layer of autumn sweetness in liquid pumpkin caramel form.

Suerte Margarita

A white chocolate and cocoa butter cut ganache with lime juice and lime zest, a touch of Triple Sec and infused with mucho Suerte Blanco Tequila, garnished with the bright green Suerte Tequila conejo (rabbit) logo and a touch of Portuguese sea salt – delicioso!

Inspired by a milkshake served at Boulder Beer – Shake Chocolate Porter poured over vanilla ice cream – yum! Creamy liquid ganache made with fresh cream, white chocolate and vanilla bean paste infused with Shake Chocolate Porter, dipped in dark chocolate and garnished with Colorado’s first craft brewery’s logo, Boulder Beer.
